Are the plush pillows vacuum-sealed for shipping? If so, how do I fluff them? Yes, to protect your package from moisture and dirt during transit, we vacuum-seal our larger plush pillows. When you open the package, the pillow will appear flat—this is completely normal! Simply give it a few gentle shakes, massage the stuffing to break up any compression, and let it sit naturally for 24-48 hours. It will expand to its full, fluffiest potential. (Tip: Tumble drying on low heat for 10 minutes speeds up this process perfectly!)

Can I track my shipment? Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated email containing a secure tracking number so you can track your package straight to your doorstep.

Materials, Care & Product Integrity

Are SolsticeBay plush pillows machine-washable? Yes, our plush pillows are designed for easy maintenance! To keep them clean and fresh:

  • Place the plush pillow inside a mesh laundry bag.

  • Machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent.

  • Tumble dry on low heat or air dry completely. Do not bleach or iron. Proper drying ensures the internal microfibers fluff back up perfectly.

All SolsticeBay fabrics and fillings are strictly hypoallergenic, non-toxic, and free from BPA, lead, or phthalates. No. Unlike standard polyester fiberfill that clusters into hard lumps after washing, we use premium, multi-directional microfibers engineered with excellent shape memory. For strict personal hygiene and home textile safety regulations, we accept returns only on completely unused, un-slept-on plush pillows in their original, pristine condition and factory-sealed vacuum packaging with all product tags fully intact within 30 days of delivery.
